Hi, I’m Pete, and I love designing and building websites

I have been building successful websites for over 20 years, across a range of sectors. From tyres to teapots, plumbers to pharmaceuticals, I have seen (and built) it all.

I started building my first website when I was just 14 years old. Pottering away during my school lunchtimes and at home, the site went on to become a success in its field, and after finishing school I decided that I should stick to what (apparently) I was good at.

In 2004, I got a work experience placement at a local web design firm, and after 6 months, I was taken on a full-time member of staff.

Over the 8 years that I was with the company I built and maintained over 100 websites, from small brochure websites all the way up to busy online shops, and everything in between. I also went from an entry-level developer to lead developer of the company, and build the core software that their web services ran on.

Since Leaving the company I have worked as a freelancer specialising in responsive web desgn using WordPress.
